Candle positions and height describe different things
On the five-head 65 cm model, five candle positions and a 65 cm body height are separate specifications. The nine-head 75 cm model differs in both arrangement and height. Apparent size in a photograph alone is not a reliable way to identify those differences.
Keep the model name, head count and height in separate columns in your comparison. Candles and flowers may be styling accessories rather than part of the product dimensions or order. Consider the complete display height with the candles you intend to use separately.
Distinguish models that share a height
The relevant 13-head and 17-head aluminium models in the current catalogue are both 100 cm high. Equal height does not make their upper arrangements identical. A request described only as a 100 cm candelabra therefore leaves the intended model unclear.
Send the product link or complete name alongside the selected photograph. If an older filename or link contains a different number, refer to the current product details and query the discrepancy before accepting a quote. Do not estimate arm span or base diameter from image proportions.
Turn your comparison into clear quotation lines
Create a separate line for each model, then add finish, quantity and intended setting. When using several designs, avoid merging quantities into one total. Distinct lines provide a useful reference when checking that one head configuration has not accidentally replaced another.
Before confirming, compare the product page, selected photograph and quotation line side by side. If you need an unlisted size, describe it as a custom request rather than changing a standard model’s specification. Feasibility, pricing and delivery arrangements require separate confirmation.
