Manufacturing, step by step
Every design has its own components. This sequence follows the main stages of our aluminium candelabra production.
Production begins with pure aluminium ingots. The material is prepared for casting the bodies, arms and connection components of the candelabra.
The ingot photograph and workshop footage show the material before processing.
Moulds prepared for each component are installed in the casting machine. Molten aluminium takes the shape of the mould through pressure die casting; the cast parts are sorted for the next operations.

Moulds and pressure die castingCast components are machined to the dimensions and connections required by the design. Drilling, threading, facing and other necessary machining operations take place here.
The aim is to prepare the components for surface finishing and assembly. The sequence depends on each part.
Components are processed with sanding and polishing equipment. Burrs and machining marks are removed to prepare a smoother surface before coating.
The videos show operations on a polishing wheel and belt.
Prepared components are coated for the selected finish. Separate workshop recordings show gold-colour coating and silver-colour nickel/chrome coating.
Coating creates the final colour and surface appearance. Gold and silver refer to the coating colours in this section.
Finished bodies, arms, candle cups and bases are joined. Connections are tightened and the components are fitted according to the design.

The completed candelabra is checked for finish, connections, arm alignment and base stability. Finished products are reviewed in batches before packing.

Inspected products are prepared for dispatch. Carton arrangement and protective packaging are planned for the design and the order’s transport conditions.

Designs containing glass or crystal follow a separate bonding process. Components are positioned and secured with suitable UV adhesive and UV light.

Our aluminium candelabra collections use pure aluminium ingots. Glass and crystal components are prepared separately according to the design.
Gold describes the colour of the coating. The silver-colour finish is nickel/chrome based. These names do not mean the entire product is made of gold or silver.
For suitable designs, dimensions, head counts and finishes can be considered. Feasibility, quantity and production time depend on the request.
