Glassy’s manufacturing and contact centre is in Işıkkent, Bornova, Izmir, Türkiye. Component preparation, finishing, assembly and quality checks are managed within the Glassy production process.
Can products be made in a custom size, colour or finish?
Technically suitable models can be reviewed for custom dimensions, colours and finishes. Feasibility depends on the model, quantity and requested delivery date.

There is no fixed candelabra minimum for orders in Türkiye. International candelabra orders start at 5 units. Custom projects are reviewed separately.

In Türkiye, candle holders start at 5 and vases at 6 units. International minimums are 5 candle holders and 40 vases. Charger plate minimums vary by model.

Yes. Worldwide orders are assessed, with a focus on the Balkans and markets near Türkiye. Shipping terms depend on product type, quantity, packing volume and destination.
