Count and inspect every return
Count by model and component before cleaning. Record loose joints, distortion, finish damage and glass cracks, and keep small parts in a labelled container with the product.
Do not force wax away with a sharp tool. Use a gentle method suitable for the material, and avoid abrasive products on plated metal or painted glass.
Create dry, labelled and recountable storage
Store glass upright with dividers so pieces cannot touch. Keep metal bodies away from moisture and never stack heavy cartons on fragile items.
Label each carton with model, finish, quantity and last inspection date. Check connections and surfaces again before dispatching stock that has been unused for a long period.
