Do not mistake size options for set contents

The Kalipso Vase entry lists heights of 30 and 50 cm. Those dimensions require you to specify the size you want. Rather than sending only the model name and assuming both sizes are included, ask for the quotation unit to be stated clearly.

The three-piece Antik Set lists heights of 30, 35 and 40 cm. Although the name identifies a set, clarify whether the requested quantity means sets or individual pieces. The quotation should state the current contents and relevant packaging details rather than leaving them implied.

Calculate quantities from your intended arrangement

First list the models and sizes intended for each table or area, then identify how many times that arrangement repeats. Three different pieces on a table and one three-piece set describe the same requirement only when the contents actually match.

Separate quantities by size when ordering a mixed selection. If you plan to include spare items, show them as a distinct line rather than hiding them in the main amount. There is no fixed spare percentage here; choose quantities from your own use and planning needs.

Match the dimensions and photograph to one model

Confirm opening and base dimensions where they matter, in addition to height. Do not infer an unlisted diameter from a photograph, especially for floral arrangements or an existing stand. Ask separately whether flowers and accessories pictured with the vase are included.

Complete the enquiry with a product link, size, set contents, quantity, colour and delivery destination. Different product families can appear on the same list, provided each line retains its unit. Before approval, check that total sets and total pieces have not been confused.
