Consider the complete product journey
Treat storage, loading, installation and the return journey as separate stages. Ask how the product should travel, whether it separates into components and what packaging information is available. One photograph cannot explain the transport configuration or everything included in a package.
For models requiring assembly, ask how the necessary parts and instructions are provided. Do not assume connections are interchangeable between designs. Raising the installation team's questions during the quotation stage is more useful than improvising a solution after delivery.
Make care and spare-part questions model-specific
Request suitable cleaning, storage and usage information for the chosen finish. A material or colour name does not guarantee scratch resistance or unlimited repeated use. Explain the expected frequency and conditions of use so suitability can be discussed realistically.
Ask whether replacement components can be supplied after damage or loss, which identification is needed and how compatibility is confirmed. Do not assume permanent spare-part availability or an identical future finish. Record these as questions dependent on the model and current production.
Connect the purchase to actual bookings
List overlapping events, the condition of existing stock and your inspection process after returns. Do not calculate quantities from event count alone: different installations may need different sizes and models. Establish the arrangements first, then decide the product allocation.
Send Glassy the model, size, finish, quantity and destination, explaining that the items are for a rental business. Include unresolved usage questions. This enquiry is a starting point for assessing appropriate products, not a promise of operating lifetime, rental income or profit.
