Describe the same product on every line
Add a current product link or catalogue reference for each model. Record its name, selected size, material, finish and quantity beside the image. Two similar silhouettes may have different heights or candle counts, which a cropped photograph does not necessarily explain.
Treat individual items and sets separately. If a vase comes in several sizes, specify the quantity of each size. When requesting a set, ask which components it contains rather than assuming everything photographed together is supplied in one package.
Separate confirmed details from open questions
A colour name such as gold does not fully describe a finish. Share the reference image you prefer and ask which surface the quotation covers. Keep requests for custom dimensions, colours or connections separate from the standard model specification.
Do not fill missing opening diameters, set contents or assembly details with estimates. Mark them as awaiting confirmation. Add the supplier's answer to the relevant product line so the latest specification remains in one place instead of being scattered across messages.
Compare the scope as well as the total
Check packaging, shipping, delivery location and any additional services alongside the products. State your required date and ask how production and transport are considered. Current stock, minimum quantities, charges and lead times must be established in the actual quotation.
Before approving, compare model, size, finish and quantity with your own list. Record any revision beside the updated confirmation. Opening a WhatsApp draft does not submit an order or approve a payment; review the message and its attachments before sending it.
